IT'S SHAKE OFF TIME!

The theme for this shake off this month is all about saving the world. The bartenders were asked to produce cocktails that focus on sustainability, zero waste, closed-circular systems for their cocktails. This marks the launch of our new Green initiative, doing our bit to help save our climate and earth as we know it. 

We have Aidan Vs, Adam, this month and they have created the following:-

Aidan's cocktail is called 'Atten-bruh' 
Made with Discarded Chardonnay Grape skin vodka, up-cycled lemon peel syrup, wasted orange juice, orange blossom water and soda!

Adam's cocktail is called 'Discarded Negroni'
Created with gin, 'wobbly' blueberry & lemon zest infused Campari, Discarded Cascara Vermouth, peach bitters, repurposed rose-water and wasted orange juice, clarified in a milk pouch.
