It's the 1st of December and what better way to kickstart the festivities than a brand new shake off!

This month we have Paula Vs Fraser who goes head to head to win over the public and whoever's cocktails get the most likes will win the shake off competition and have bragging rights until the next shake off!

Both cocktails made this month are inspired by sustainable ingredients, methods, garnish and glassware.

First off we have Paula's 'L'Apres Fete' cocktail made with Spearhead whisky, earl grey syrup, peach bitters, orange blossom water and lemon juice.

Vs Fraser's 'Calvadonia' cocktail is created using calvados, Xante, rhubarb bitters, lemon and honey. Shake and dirty poured into a sling topped with cubed ice and soda.
