Scotch & Rye attended the 10th annual Molson Coors Scottish Entertainment and Hospitality Awards! 

The Scottish Entertainment & Hospitality Awards is an event that showcases the fantastic range and quality of Scotland’s entertainment industry. Their independent voting campaign runs annually from November to the beginning of February when voting closes and they invite communities from across the country to support their favourite local and national businesses by voting for them via our online voting system.

The Gala Dinner was held in the DoubleTree Hilton in Glasgow where our general manager Joe Martin and assistant manager Aidan McGregor attended the Scottish Entertainment & Hospitality Awards on Thursday 5th May and were up for the Best Speciality Spirit Bar Award. The judges were looking for a venue that is offering innovative spirits from around the world! 

Scotch & Rye took home the Best Speciality Spirit Bar Award and were up against some amazing bars from around Scotland such as Grape & Grain, Gin71 & Gallery 48 ​​​​​​. A huge congratulations to all! 

Not only did Scotch & Rye take home an award but their very own employer Cru Holdings took home the Best Hospitality Employer Award that night too! The judges were looking for a good employer who will not only employ a great team but will also inspire and treat their staff like gold!

Hard work does pay off and such an amazing achievement recognising the sheer hard work and dedication of the team!
